职位描述:Job Description:
1. Deliver qualified solutions to our customers timely, courteously and cost-effectively
2. Provide technical support to our internal or external customers through email or phone with technical expertise.
3. Co-work with higher level Technical Support team and Service Engineering Group(R&D) to identify and resolve the problem
4. Write technical solution documents
5. Attend product testing/ beta testing
6. Willing to be assigned to field service occasionally
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in computer science or IT related major
2.Good command of English, CET-4 or above
3.Familiar with general operating system and network technologies, such as Windows, Linux, Exchange, Postfix, TCP/IP, WAN, Firewall, and VPN etc.,
4.Team working, self-motivating with open mind
5.Demonstrates to be a fast learner
6.Having one of the following IT industry certificates will be an advantage
*MCSE/CCNA/RHCE/SCSA/CISSP/LPIC/CLP/CIW/CCSA/CompTIA/NCLP/TCSE/TCAE
